Stone Prevention Diet |
The Benefits of Water
If you've had a kidney stone, you are likely to wonder what you can do to prevent future stones. It is universally agreed that the single most important thing to do is drink lots of water. This is effective in diluting the concentration of chemicals which may crystallize into stone. You should have at least 8-10 250mL glasses of water each day (You may need to drink more water on hot days).
